At Rangreet Sarees, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, transparently, and efficiently across India and worldwide.
1. Shipping & Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all postal addresses in India and international destinations.

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Please provide a complete street address with a valid PIN / ZIP code. -
For international deliveries, if no one is available at the delivery address, the courier company may leave the parcel at the doorstep.
Signature confirmation may not be available in such cases.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to avoid disputes.
2. Delivery Days & Working Hours

No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday in countries following a 5-day work culture.

In many Islamic countries, Friday is a non-working day.

Deliveries are attempted only during standard courier working hours, which vary by country.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
We aim to ship orders within:

Minimum: 7–10 working days

Maximum: 40–50 working days for customized or made-to-order products
Additional notes:

Shipping timelines mentioned on product pages are approximate and may vary.

If multiple products with different shipping timelines are ordered together, the longest shipping timeline will apply.
4. Custom Measurements & Alterations

For products requiring alterations, measurements are taken via video call by our professional tailoring team.

Since measurements are taken virtually, minor alterations (if required) must be done locally by the customer.

Before dispatch, product images and details are shared in your My Account (if applicable).

If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the order will be shipped automatically.
5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not included in the product price.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight (per kg) and destination.

As per courier norms, weights are rounded up to the next 500 grams.

International shipping charges vary depending on order size, weight, and country.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

Tracking number

Courier company details
-
Estimated delivery date
7. Address Changes

Address change requests can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests received after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Any penalties, re-delivery charges, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.
9. Delivery to Hostels, Hotels & Institutions

Shipments to Hotels, Hostels, Colleges, or Institutions are made at the customer’s own risk.

If delivery is refused by reception or warden, no refund, re-shipment, or credit will be issued.
10. Courier Delivery Attempts

International couriers attempt delivery up to two times.
-
If unsuccessful, the parcel must be collected from the nearest courier office at the customer’s expense.

Any re-delivery or rescheduling charges will be borne by the customer.
11. Transit Risk & Insurance

All shipments are fully insured by Rangreet Sarees at no extra cost.

We are responsible for losses during transit.

We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss after delivery is completed by the courier.
If a shipment is lost in transit:

We wait 15 working days for confirmation.

After verification, the order will be reprocessed or reshipped, subject to availability.
12. Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines are approximate. We are not liable for delays caused due to:

Stock unavailability
-
Courier delays
-
Customs clearance
-
Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, snowstorms, pandemics, etc.)
No compensation will be provided for such delays.
13. VAT, Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in our prices.

These charges vary by country and must be paid directly by the customer.

Courier companies may also levy additional service charges.
14. Payment & RBI Guidelines

Orders paid in foreign currency must be shipped outside India, as per RBI guidelines.
-
Orders shipped within India must be paid in INR using Indian payment methods.
-
If checkout issues occur, please switch your payment currency to INR.
