Refund policy

At Rangreet Sarees, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. As most of our products are handcrafted, customized, or made-to-order, we request you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible for Return / Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damaged product received


Return Request Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process a return or exchange request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (without cuts or edits)

  • Clear product photos highlighting the issue

Requests submitted without proper proof will not be accepted.


2. Non-Eligible for Return / Exchange

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or altered sarees/blouses

  • Products disliked after delivery

  • Size or fitting issues (customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before ordering)

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery

  • Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories

  • Sale or discounted products (20% or more), unless defective


3. Exchange Options

If your return or exchange request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement (subject to product availability)

  • Store Credit / Gift Card

⚠️ No cash or bank refunds are provided under any circumstances.


4. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • Approved refunds are issued only as store credit or gift cards.

  • Store credit / gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

  • Expired credits cannot be revalidated or extended.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

Ready-to-Ship Products

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Made-to-Order / Customized Products

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed, as production begins.

  • If cancelled within 24 hours, the amount will be issued as store credit or gift card only.


6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will assist with the process.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.

  • We do not provide pickup services.


7. Process to Request a Return / Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request:

  1. Email us within 3 days of delivery at:

  2. Share the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Unboxing video and clear product photos

  3. Wait for approval confirmation from our team.

  4. Ship the product to the return address shared via email.

  5. After inspection, a replacement or store credit will be issued.


8. Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Any dispute must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Rangreet Sarees reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.
