At Rangreet Sarees, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. As most of our products are handcrafted, customized, or made-to-order, we request you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible for Return / Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Manufacturing defect

Damaged product received

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process a return or exchange request, customers must provide:

A clear unboxing video (without cuts or edits)

Clear product photos highlighting the issue
Requests submitted without proper proof will not be accepted.
2. Non-Eligible for Return / Exchange
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Custom-made, made-to-order, or altered sarees/blouses

Products disliked after delivery

Size or fitting issues (customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before ordering)

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery

Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories

Sale or discounted products (20% or more), unless defective
3. Exchange Options
If your return or exchange request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

Replacement (subject to product availability)

Store Credit / Gift Card
⚠️ No cash or bank refunds are provided under any circumstances.
4. Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Approved refunds are issued only as store credit or gift cards.

Store credit / gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Expired credits cannot be revalidated or extended.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Ready-to-Ship Products

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Made-to-Order / Customized Products

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed, as production begins.

If cancelled within 24 hours, the amount will be issued as store credit or gift card only.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will assist with the process.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.

We do not provide pickup services.
7. Process to Request a Return / Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request:

8. Important Notes

Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Any dispute must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Rangreet Sarees reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.
